What you’ll do

  • Act as a fully embedded recruiter within client teams - building real partnerships, not just filling roles
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process: from role scoping and briefing, to sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
  • Run intake meetings with hiring managers to align on needs, define success, and set timelines
  • Build and manage sourcing strategies to attract top passive and active talent
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, from first outreach to final offer
  • Run structured interviews, help calibrate hiring teams, and drive clear, data-backed decision-making
  • Collaborate with client-side People Ops, Finance, and Hiring Managers on everything from hiring plans to compensation
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements (we love people who challenge the status quo)
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) using tools like ATS, Notion, and Power BI
  • Bring insights to the table - you’re not a task-taker, you’re a strategic hiring partner

We’d love to hear from if you

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency, in-house, or embedded)
  • A track record of hiring across tech, commercial, product, or G&A roles
  • Excellent client management skills, you know how to run intakes, influence hiring decisions, and build trust with stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple markets and hiring cultures, especially in startups or scaleups
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence using ATSs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and other talent tools
  • Solid understanding of hiring funnels, recruitment metrics, and how to diagnose and fix blockers
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles without dropping the ball, and still keep the candidate experience sharp
  • A proactive mindset: you own your pipeline, process, and progress
