For clients in the UK, Europe, or Middle East, Operators work your team’s hours. We have found that this model works for most of the roles we offer, but if you need a different arrangement, please get in touch - we try to be flexible and meet each of our client's specific needs.

What if I am not satisfied with an Operator hire?

If the candidate is not the right fit for your team, Operator will work with you on identifying a replacement. If the candidate is replaced within 3 months of the start date, we waive any recruitment fees for the replacement candidate.
