What you’ll do

  • 2–4 years of sourcing experience, ideally in tech, sales, or startup ecosystems.
  • Experience working in-house or embedded with clients - you know how to adapt to different cultures and hiring speeds.
  • You’re confident with sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn: boolean search, GitHub, Slack communities, forums, etc.
  • You can write outreach messages that get replies - and know when to switch it up if they don’t.
  • Strong understanding of diversity sourcing, local talent markets, and recruiting data.
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, ATSs, sourcing CRMs, and Slack as your digital HQ.
  • You get the balance between speed and quality, and know when to push back or rethink a brief.

We’d love to hear from if you have

  • 2+ years of hands-on sourcing experience, ideally within embedded, in-house, or RPO setups
  • A track record of building high-quality pipelines across different roles and regions
  • Strong sourcing chops - Boolean, advanced search tactics, talent mapping, and market research
  • A natural curiosity for people and careers - you don’t just look for CVs, you look for fit
  • Excellent written communication - you can write outreach that gets replies
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, ATSs (Greenhouse, Lever), and CRM platforms
  • A proactive, self-managed approach - you know how to prioritize and move fast
  • Bonus: experience working with tech/startup clients or hiring for international markets

Bonus Points

  • Have worked in an embedded recruitment model or RPO setup before
  • Know how to source beyond LinkedIn (think GitHub, StackOverflow, Behance, forums, Discord, etc.)
  • Have sourced for tech, product, or hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets
  • Are comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Have experience with DEI sourcing strategies and building inclusive pipelines
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Power BI, or sourcing automation hacks to work smarter
